Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use FlashDash. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Last updated: October 15, 2026.
What FlashDash provides
FlashDash provides tools for tattoo artists to publish catalogs, manage availability, and receive booking requests, and for clients to browse those catalogs and request appointments. FlashDash is a software platform; it does not provide tattoo services or act as the tattoo artist.
Artists and clients are responsible for agreeing directly on the tattoo, price, deposit, appointment details, changes, and cancellations. A booking request is not confirmed until the artist confirms it in FlashDash.
Artist accounts and listings
Artists are responsible for keeping their account and public listing information accurate, setting availability they can honor, and having the rights and permissions needed to publish their designs, images, and other content. Artists are responsible for their services, customer communications, payment instructions, and any obligations owed to clients.
Artists grant FlashDash permission to host and display their submitted content as needed to operate and promote the artist's FlashDash page. Artists can remove or update their listings through the service.
Client bookings and payments
Clients must provide accurate booking and contact information. If an artist requests a Pix deposit, the client pays the artist using the payment instructions shown by that artist and may upload a receipt for the artist to review. Uploading a receipt is not a payment processed by FlashDash and does not itself confirm the booking; the artist's confirmation does that.
FlashDash does not hold or transfer client Pix deposits. Clients and artists should resolve deposit, refund, and appointment questions directly with each other, subject to applicable law.
Subscriptions
Artist Pro subscriptions, including price and billing terms, are shown at checkout. Stripe processes subscription payments. Artists can manage or cancel subscriptions through the billing portal when available; cancellation and access timing are subject to the terms shown by Stripe and applicable law.
Google Calendar
Google Calendar is an optional artist feature. Artists choose whether to connect an account and separately whether to enable busy-time checks. Artists are responsible for choosing an account and calendar they are authorized to use. FlashDash-created events remain in Google Calendar after disconnecting FlashDash.
Acceptable use and service availability
Do not use FlashDash to break the law, infringe another person's rights, mislead users, upload malicious content, or interfere with the service or its security. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
We work to keep FlashDash available and secure, but the service may change or be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee that every booking request will be accepted or that a particular artist will remain available.
Contact and changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version will be posted on this page with its updated date. Questions can be sent to arthurcisottom@gmail.com. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
